Websites, portals and AI chatbots
that turn enquiries into bookings.

Bytencia builds fixed-price digital systems for clinics, realtors, schools and growing businesses — a website that answers and books 24/7, or a portal that replaces Excel-and-WhatsApp admin. Designed, built and maintained by a senior software engineer. No account managers, no handoffs — you talk to the person writing the code.

Fixed price, in writing.

01

Website + AI Chatbot

$499–$899 · live in 7 days

A fast, mobile-first website with an AI chatbot trained on your services, prices and FAQs. It answers questions, captures leads and books appointments 24/7 — including at 9:47pm, when your front desk is closed and your competitor's chatbot is awake. For clinics, realtors, coaches, online shops, salons and local services.

02

Client / Admin Portal

$999–$1,999 · live in 14–21 days

A secure login portal with role-based dashboards, records and one-click reports — the system that replaces the spreadsheets, registers and WhatsApp threads your team currently runs on. Built on the same architecture as a school management platform and a SaaS reporting platform already in production. For schools, clinics, agencies and service companies.

03

MVP / AI Automation

From $1,999 · 3–4 weeks

A working first product, internal tool, or AI added to your existing software — built production-grade (Java/Spring Boot + React, AWS), not a fragile no-code prototype you'll outgrow in a year. Starts with a paid discovery ($199, deducted from the build) so the scope and fixed price are right before anyone commits.

Paid Discovery $199Production-Grade StackFixed Price in Writing

Launch bundle: website + chatbot + 10 Instagram posts for your launch — $999. Payment on every project: 50% upfront via PayPal Business, 50% on delivery. Nothing outside the agreed scope is billed without a separate quote first.

No mockups and no invented case studies. Open the live demos, read the code — this is the standard your project gets.

GMS

Global School Management System

5 roles

One Platform

The Problem

A school runs on paper registers, spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads. Attendance lives in one register, fees in another file, exam marks in a third — and none of them agree. Reports mean someone stops real work to compile them by hand.

What Was Built

A complete SaaS platform that runs a school end-to-end: five role-based experiences (Admin, Teacher, Student, Parent, Staff), each with their own login, dashboard and permissions; smart dashboards for attendance and operations; and automation where the chaos was.

The Result

One system replaced the register-and-spreadsheet patchwork — records entered once and consistent everywhere, and leadership seeing the whole school from one dashboard. Engineered for massive, high-volume data, to the standard of systems serving 10,000+ daily users.

ReportFlow

GitHub Analytics Platform

−40%

Manual Processing

The Problem

Reporting meant files emailed around, versions nobody trusted, and zero control over who saw what. Sensitive numbers travelled in attachments, and by the time a report landed, the data in it was already stale.

What Was Built

A GitHub analytics platform with role-based access for three roles — Admin, Manager and Developer (each role sees only what it should), real-time GitHub data sync keeping repository and team analytics current, and secure GitHub OAuth login instead of shared files and shared passwords.

The Result

Manual processing time down 40%. Query performance up 50% on high-volume records. 99.8% availability.

How We Operate

Audit → build → launch.
Then we stay reachable.

01

Step 01: Audit & Scope

A fixed price, in writing

Every project starts with a free audit of your current website or process: what's losing you enquiries, what we'd build first, and a fixed price in writing. No obligation, no hourly billing — you approve the scope before anyone pays anything beyond a deposit.

02

Step 02: Build

Built by the person you talked to

A short plain-English agreement (fixed price, 50% upfront via PayPal) and a quick onboarding form — then a kickoff where scope, timeline and communication are confirmed in writing. You get one client page with your timeline, files and progress, and a plain-language update every week.

03

Step 03: Launch

Handover, not a handoff

Delivery comes with a close-out summary — what was built, where everything lives, admin access handed over — and a walkthrough so your team can use it from day one.

04

Step 04: Support

The engineer stays reachable

After launch, an optional care plan (from $99/mo) covers hosting, updates, backups and chatbot tuning. If anything feels off in the first weeks, you message the engineer who built it — not a ticket queue.

Founder of Bytencia

Who builds your project

"You talk to the person writing your code. No account managers, no handoffs."

Bytencia is the studio of Shubham Kumar — a software engineer who builds and runs production microservices used by 10,000+ people daily: 300+ APIs, CI/CD pipelines on AWS, systems held to a 99.5% uptime standard. The school platform and reporting platform on this page are his work.

He started Bytencia to bring that same production standard to smaller businesses: fixed price agreed in writing before work begins, a weekly plain-language progress update, and one person accountable from the first call to launch day — and after.
